We love the NHS all the care the nurses, doctors, carers and everyone who works in the health system deserves our grateful applause and support.
In these times when family members, friends and the caring profession have lost their lives we are grateful for being able to work safely at home. Although we may be feeling the stress of what the future may hold focussing on the now and keeping busy is essential for our own mental wellbeing.
One of the ways to help with stress is learning a new skill or updating your knowledge. If you are already familiar with needle felting maybe you can learn to add lights to your needle felting projects or if you are new to needle felting maybe just try making a card to start with.
