Light Stitches specialises in supplying e textiles to schools, colleges, universities and of course crafters. We love people especially young learners to try out and use our products.
Our felt e textile kits are used to learn about electronics and textiles and how they work together. The kits are ideal for children 8+. Our kits are used in senior schools for students to learn e textiles for their design and technology coursework. We have great fun kits to learn this skill including a bracelet, fox key ring, pencil case and a camper van – our current best seller.
We use a thread in our kits called conductive thread. In conjunction with the electronic components, the kit will make a circuit and light up the product. Conductive thread can also be used in clothes design so if you want to try something different why not try out one of our conductive thread kits.
We also offer quality products that can be used in your school and craft projects including felt, adhesive felt, muscle wire, e textile kits, component kits, class kits, sequin and led lights.
Our unique e textile kits use adhesive and non-adhesive felt, electronic components (no soldering required) and conductive thread. We also have produced videos and step by step instructions to make these projects easy for you.
