Why not add LED lights to an existing Christmas jumper with our Christmas Jumper conductive thread kit or any other garment that you want to light up. Conductive Thread to attach LEDs (lights) to textile projects by simply fastening a knot or sewing onto the LED. This highly conductive thread acts and behaves like conventional thread with the added bonus of being extremely conductive.

JUNIOR SOFT SWITCH KIT

Junior soft switch kit is a low cost kit it is a easy way to start to learn e-textiles. Each kit contains an adhesive felt pad, CR2032 coin cell battery, one metre of conductive thread and 2 flashing LED’s in a choice of colours red, blue, yellow multi coloured or green.

Madeira HC12 conductive thread is used in the kit. Conductive thread that allows power from batteries to flow along the thread similar to a wire. This amazing smart material allows textile lights to be sewn into clothing and various arts and crafts projects.

The extremely successful Light Stitches projects use a new smart material, Conductive Thread to attach LEDs (lights) to textile projects by simply fastening a knot or sewing onto the LED. Easy sew soft switch kit is a development of our best selling conductive thread kits. This version includes an extra self-adhesive pad which allows the user to make a reliable switch which can then be incorporated into a textiles project to turn on the LEDs.

One of the project that uses this type of switch is the camper van key ring where the soft switch is fixed into the windscreen so when squeezed, the headlights light up.

Each kit includes a soft switch pad, conductive thread, 2 LEDs, a battery and battery holder. This kit is available in a range of different colours.
