This Light Stitches needle felting starter kit has everything you need to start needle felting.

30g carded Corriedale Batt
Choice of 5 wool colours (10g)

The kit consists of a choice of 5 Corriedale wool 10g slivers please select your colours from the choice below. This type of wool is easy to use as the fibres are formed in different directions therefore making the fibres easier to join together to create your shape. This versatile and soft wool is ideal for both wet and needle felted 2D, 3D projects and spinning.

Carded Wool Corriedale Batt 50g – White

Carded Corriedale Batts. This lovely soft Corriedale core wool is ideal for a making a base for your 3D shapes.

This breed from New Zealand is perfect for needle felting and it can be used for wet felting and spinning.

This Corriedale batt has a micron reading of 29/30 microns so will give a robust felt. A micron is the measurement of wool thickness. The lower the number the finer the wool.

This product comes in 50g

Please note there may be a small amount of vegetable matter in the wool

This lovely soft Shetland core wool is ideal for a making a base. This wool is lovely and soft and makes an ideal base for your needle felting structures. Please note – there may be traces of grass in this wool.

Coloured Corriedale Needle Felting Wool. This Corriedale mix wool is available in 10g slivers. Corriedale sheep are from New Zealand and are a cross breed of Lincoln and Merino they are one of oldest of the cross bred sheep.

Our Corriedale wool is sold in slivers, this means they come in strands taken from carded batt’s. The slivers are usually 2-3 cm in diameter.

This type of wool is easy to use as the fibres are formed in different directions therefore making the fibres easier to join together to create your shape.

This versatile and soft wool is ideal for both wet and needle felted 2D, 3D projects and spinning.
